Timelines & Availability

Custom cakes and cookies are made to order, and availability can vary depending on the season. Most orders require advance notice so we can give your design the time and attention it deserves.

  • Custom cakes typically require at least two weeks’ notice

  • Custom cookies typically require at least three weeks’ notice

  • Holiday and seasonal weeks may book up earlier

Design Details

The more information you share, the better we can bring your vision to life.

  • Inspiration photos are welcome

  • Colors and themes can be matched as closely as possible

  • We don’t copy other artists’ work, but we’re always happy to take inspiration from your photos and create a version that feels true to your vision and true to our style

Pricing

Every custom order is unique, and pricing reflects the size, design complexity, and level of detail involved.

  • Quotes are provided once design details are confirmed

  • Add-ons such a florals or intricate piping may increase the final price

  • Rush fees may apply for orders placed within a shorter timeframe

Deposits & Payment

Some custom orders require a deposit, especially those with detailed designs or larger quantities. Deposits help reserve your spot on our calendar and ensure we can dedicate the time your order needs.

  • Deposits are determined based on the size and complexity of the order

  • When a deposit is needed, it is typically a percentage of the total

  • Remaining balance is due by the agreed upon date

  • Rush fees may apply for short-notice orders when additional time or resources are needed

Pickup & Storage

We want your treats to arrive safely and stay beautiful from our shop to your celebration.

  • Pickup times are scheduled to ensure freshness

  • Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in an air conditioned or cool vehicle

  • Keep cakes level during transport to prevent shifting

  • If someone else is picking up your order, please share these guidelines with them

Cancellations & Changes

Life happens — we understand. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate.

  • Changes to your order may be limited depending on how close we are to your pickup date

  • Cancellations made after work has begun may incur a fee

  • No-shows cannot be refunded

  • If ingredients or custom items have already been purchased, those costs may still apply

Allergies & Ingredients
